Halloween will be here before we know it! Time to start thinking about costumes. And the only thing more fun than dressing up is dressing up with your friends in a group costume!

Whether you're going to a friend's party or Mickey's party, you are going to need a costume. Group ensembles are fun, creative, and take the pressure off you to come up with the perfect look yourself! Read on for ten easy-to-pull-off group costumes, perfect for a Halloween party in or out of the parks!

1. The Muses- Hercules
Group of 5

The Muses are the fiercest group of ladies in the Disney arsenal. So it makes for a perfect costume for a bunch of girlfriends. Either find Greek goddess costumes online or in a party store, or add fabric to white dresses. Pair with gold accessories and gladiator sandals.

2. Buzz and Woody (plus the whole gang!)- Toy Story
Group of 2+

Get more friends in on the action by including more toys. There’s lots to pick from: Jessie, Rex, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Little Bo Peep, Barbie etc meaning you can get all your friends in on the fun! There are plenty of costumes available in stores, and even more online, but I think this is a fun one to make yourself! I mean, how cute are Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head there?

3. Peter, Wendy, Tinkerbell- Peter Pan
Group of 3+

This is a pretty popular choice, so Tinkerbell and Peter Pan costumes should be easily available at Halloween stores. Wendy can be put together with a plain blue dress and hairbow. Add to the group with Captain Hook, Smee, Lost Boys, Tiger Lily, Michael, and John to include more friends!

4. The Seven Dwarfs- Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Group of 7

Picture

Scrap together seven dwarf costumes with tshirts, tights, ankle booties, and beanies (beards optional) using pieces you probably already have in your closet, making this an easy DIY costume! More details are great, but not necessary to get your idea across.

5. Phineas and Ferb cast- Phineas and Ferb
Group of 5+

Remember the Disney Channel show? Of course you do. Create costumes out of things you have in your closet. Have more friends? Add in Jeremy and Dr. Doofenschmirtz. If the Perry in your group isn't feeling the full suit like in the picture, go with a teal colored dress, fedora, and makeup-platypus-bill.

6. Fairy Godmothers- Sleeping Beauty
Group of 3

Picture

This trio could go one of two ways. Either hyper detailed handmade dresses just like the film, or more low-key tutus like you see here. Either way, this is definitely a fun, unique choice for a group of three-- you're really unlikely to see another group in the same costume!

7. Sanderson sisters- Hocus Pocus
Group of 3

Picture

This one definitely takes some skill as you will likely need to assemble your own costume. Hopefully you have a friend with a sewing machine! If you are able to create this look, you are sure to stand out! Hocus Pocus has gained a cult popularity over the last few years, and the newest castle show at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party has revved up the hype! Personally, I think the hype is all worth it and that this costume is a winner!

8. Russel, Mr. Fredrickson, Dug, Kevin- Up
Group of 4

Picture

Last year, I really wanted to go as Kevin and Russel with Brad. Mostly because I thought it would be so much fun to wear a ridiculous bird costume, and then Brad could just wear his old Boy Scout uniform (Brad is very much like Jim Halpert from The Office in that he’s too cool for costumes). Alas, we ended up being Minnie and Mickey, which is just fine, but this one is still very much on my personal to-do list!

9. Star Wars- surely you’ve heard of Star Wars
Group of 2+

Picture

With The Force Awakens, Star Wars is guaranteed to be a popular costume this year! There's an almost endless list of characters to choose from so chances are everyone in your group can pick a character they want to be! And if you're not a DIY-er, there will be plenty of store-bought costumes available.

10. Merida and her brothers- Brave
Group of 4

Picture

This one is sort of the opposite of Star Wars, and it takes a certain amount of imagination and creativity. Characters from Brave aren’t a common costume, so your group is sure to stand out at a party with this one! Once you get the Merida costume set, the bears should come together pretty easily with black clothes, makeup, and ears. If you have three little ones to be the bears, bonus points for you! And TBH, I would LOVE to see a Merida with three dogs dressed up as the bear cubs!
